I have a passion for improving things visually - it’s deeply ingrained in me. I was born to see the potential of what could be and the drive to take it there.

As an Art Director I love collaborating with teams of designers and professionals to exceed a clients expectations. I see the big picture and scope of projects and then bring that wisdom to action throughout multiple marketing channels - with design, user experience and sales goals in mind.

It all started when…

I was five years old – and the next door neighbors were like grandparents to me. A retired nurse and art major, my neighbor would set me up with still life drawings and teach me not to see the objects, but the shadows and highlights.

Graduating high school and getting into college, I had no idea what I wanted to do (honestly those that actually do have to be rare humans). I followed my head instead of my heart and decided on a major that seemed the most reliable during a global recession, and went to school for nursing. I worked in a hospital setting for a few years enjoying helping people, but not feeling like I was following a passion. After realizing helping people can happen in so many other ways - I went back to school for graphic design and knew immediately I was in the right place.

The experience gained working in a setting when people are at their most venerable really taught me empathy that I carry through to understanding my clients of all different backgrounds and experiences.
